Contact us in case of any of the following:

  • Package not delivered within the suggested time frame
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Book or zine damaged in transit
  • Unacceptable book quality

We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve our service to consistently provide the best books and zines possible. Please include details and photos if possible about the reason for your refund request when you reach out to us directly.

Softgrainbooks.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com on their Customer refund processing time page.
