Between Blocks Limited Edition Polaroids (framed)

Description

Liven up your wall space with a unique, one-of-a-kind limited edition framed Polaroid from the series Between Blocks. These limited edition Polaroid photos are professionally mounted and custom-matted in an archivally-friendly manner. The images were captured using classic, warm-toned black-and-white Polaroid film, which is no longer available. Each edition is completely unique, no two images ever look the same even when creating copies. Once these limited editions sell out they will never be printed again. Mount them on your wall away from direct sunlight to enjoy them for years to come.

About Between Blocks:

Flowers, trees, and shrubs are becoming luxury ornaments even in the regions where they grow naturally. The Pacific Northwest has that unique mix of rich volcanic soils and temperate climate that gardeners worldwide dream of. Neighborhoods filled with flowers bring joy, cool the local climate, and bring communities together. But all too often they are dug up, paved over, and replaced with fake grass to cut costs.

Between Blocks is a photo series documenting flowers in Vancouver’s lush West End Community on Polaroid film by Daren Zomerman and Sara Faridamin. Polaroids, just like flowers, are unique and imperfect in their own way.
